Role Overview

Fisker is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accessory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Accessory Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the inventory & distribution of accessories. Your keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities will be crucial in ensuring that our accessories are readily available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, source, and manage vehicle accessories that align with Fisker's brand and vehicle specifications.

  • Maintain accurate records of accessory inventory, including tracking quantities, variations, and compatibility with different vehicle models.

  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all vehicle accessories, ensuring they meet Fisker's quality standards and specifications.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicle accessories.

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to accessory specifications, installation procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Provide support to the customer service team by addressing accessory- related inquiries and concerns.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in vehicle accessories to continuously enhance Fisker's offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accessories seamlessly into the vehicle ownership experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of accessory inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, restocking needs, and reorder points. Regularly update the inventory database to reflect changes and monitor stock movement trends.

  • Create accessory forecasts based on customer orders and accessory take rates. Allocate accessories according to demand forecasts & sales trends.

  • Coordinate with Parts logistics to optimize distribution processes to minimize lead times and ensure timely availability.

  • Work closely with the Procurement team to communicate accessory needs, lead times, and any issues related to suppliers or procurement processes.

  • Collaborate with other teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align inventory strategies.

  • Research and analyze key market trends and competitor activities and provide timely information and updates to key stakeholders.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven 3 years' experience in inventory management or a related role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting information

  • Start-Up Dynamic, Creative, strategic thinker

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Problem solver, quick solution finder

  • Results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and projects to closure.

  • Ability to manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously while striving for excellence.

  • Able to effectively work with numerous departments and working styles and eager to develop a clear understanding of how to present and share information across the different teams.

  • Expected Salary Range: $41,440.00 to $95,440.00 a year.

    Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
