Work Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (Hybrid schedule)

Job Description:

  • Maintains or oversees the Accounts Receivable accounts assigned with accuracy and efficiency. This includes invoicing, payment application, A/R clearing, reconciliation, and documentation.

  • Participation in the resolution of receivable issues through working with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT, and Sales when needed.

  • Reconciles accounts receivable balances/sub-ledger and related accounts against the general ledger.

  • Assist the finance and accounting team with billing, tracking, and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts.

  • Liaise with the GL group in the month-end accounting work related to the close process.

  • Adhere to control procedures in place and review / propose new controls to minimize errors, mistakes, and oversights.

  • Collaborate with peers to discuss process improvements and best practices.

  • Actively contribute to SAP and other systems tests and implementation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Position will be Hybrid (No exceptions)

  • Key Competencies

  • Requires attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.

  • Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the company to support AR resolution – including getting into the details of individual cases.

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to deep dive into groups of accounts or claims to determine root cause.

  • Good skills with Excel with the ability to slice and compile data from the SAP system to gain better insights into AR issues.

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in A/R, Finance or Accounting roles.

  • Experience with Prepaid Accounts is a plus.

  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

  • Expected Salary Range: $23/Hr.- $38/Hr.

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
