General Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst in Incentive Planning to support the development, analysis, and optimization of incentive programs aimed at boosting sales and customer acquisition for our electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering data, conducting analysis, and providing insights to drive effective incentive planning strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor incentives to provide insights and support the development of incentive planning strategies. Utilize analytical tools to assess program effectiveness.

  • Program Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and monitoring the performance of incentive programs. Analyze program metrics, sales data, and KPIs to assess program impact and effectiveness.

  • Program Optimization Support: Support the identification of opportunities for program optimization and improvement. Collaborate with the Incentive Planning team to propose enhancements to increase program efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to incentive programs. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborative Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment of incentive programs with business objectives and strategies.

  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct research on market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends related to incentive planning. Provide insights to inform program design and enhancements.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Assist in ensuring incentive programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Relevant coursework or internship experience in data analysis or incentive planning is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and statistical methodologies.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data sets.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Interest in sales operations, incentive planning, and understanding market dynamics.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expected Hourly Range: $27/hr. - $40/hr.

    Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees. The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
