General Role Overview
The Apprentice Service Technician is a developmental position that will provide learning and hands-on experience from the ground up on a learning path to become a Fisker Technical Expert of the future! You will diagnose and perform repairs on all vehicle components under the direction of a Senior Technician or Master Technician for support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Fulfill Fisker's Service Commitment with technical expertise, style, speed, and skill utilizing a digital forward approach.
Active learning, and desire to expand competencies to support the Fisker Brand, working directly with Engineering, Manufacturing and Suppliers.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance Fisker Inc.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Execute repairs customer pay and warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Other exciting activities that support growth and learning with the support of a Master Technician.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
1+ years of experience working in automotive maintenance or repair, or trade school or community college experience.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and standardized shop equipment.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Additional language skills are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Motivated to work without direct supervision, an independent initiative- taker with a sense of urgency.
A “can do” attitude to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Desire to perform in a high-pressure environment and to meet tight deadlines.
Extremely organized and meticulous.
Maintain prominent levels of technical knowledge, and up to date training.
Working Conditions
May be required to lift up to 30 lbs of weight.
May be required to stand for long hours.
May be exposed to strong detergents and chemicals.
Must wear safety attire often, such as goggles or other protective clothing as needed.

Expected Salary Range
$19.00 to $23.50 per hour.
Additional Compensation
Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
