We are seeking a Full-Time Assembler to join our lean and agile team. This role will work out of our Mesa, Arizona location at 8127 E. Ray Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212. The primary purpose of this job is to assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assembles individual vehicle components according to work instructions.

Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.

Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.

Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.

Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.

Complies with various governmental regulatory agency guidelines such as, but not limited, to ISO, OSHA, etc.

Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts production manager.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.

Detail-oriented and consistent.

Works well as a productive member of a team.

Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.

Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.

Legally able to work in the United States of America.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associates degree in related field preferred.

Mechanical aptitude required; assembly experience preferred.

Experience in automotive, motorsports, powersports, and/or motorcycle industry highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.

Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

Must wear required PPE as required by plant and according to specific task being performed.
