Role Overview

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing North American strategy and implementation for Sales, Customer & Community and Marketing providing support to Global strategy and implementation when required. This role oversees and is responsible for the following functions in North America: Sales, Marketing, Customer and Community teams. This role will help lead the day-to-day operational implementation in North America for these functions. This person will collaborate with other executives and stakeholders within the organization to ensure achievement of department and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and development of the Sales, Customer and Community and Marketing teams to ensure North American strategies in all areas are implemented exceptionally to achieve company goals.

  • Further development and scaling of existing strategies, plans, processes to grow the North American market.

  • Oversee and lead customer communications through the customer experience center and through marketing communications.

  • Lead team to ensure seamless process with customer orders and ensuring transactions are completed in a timely manner.

  • Oversee events and social media to generate positive brand sentiment and awareness.

  • Management of Fisker lounges and showrooms within Center + locations and planning and oversight of delivery events

  • Daily management and review of key projects, presentations, customer facing communications.

  • Guide, coach and provide counsel to the Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement teams to help problem solve, deliver excellence in customer satisfaction and other key business objectives.

  • Guide the evolution of the North America digital customer journeys to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

  • Align the growth of the North American organization with business requirements.

  • Working across the organization with key stakeholders to ensure an integrated strategy that achieves company goals.

  • Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Minimum 8-10+ years' progressively responsible automotive OEM experience with experience in multiple key areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement and at least five years at the Director level.

  • Bachelor's degree minimum with a post-graduate degree preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of multiple automotive functions that are main drivers of the business (Sales, Marketing, Revenue generation, Sales planning, Customer Retention, etc.)

  • Excellent organization, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills required.

  • Excellence in developing strategies and operational implementation.

  • Excellence in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, while overseeing multiple verticals

  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally, as required.

  • Must be willing to work flex hours as needed to communicate with our worldwide teams.

  • Expected Salary Range

    $160,000.00 to $260,200.00 per year

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
