Job Summary:

The Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for formulating and materializing strategic marketing plans that effectively attract potential customers and retain existing customers in U.S. They design, build, and execute dynamic campaigns encompassing and leveraging customer input, all marketing functions and available resources, and cross-organization integrations.

The Campaign Management Specialist intelligently targets and engages customers by preparing journey maps and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, defining content, preparing, and executing an advertising plan, contributing to social media, and leading customer advocate relations.

They plan, implement and manage various marketing campaigns simultaneously for a range of products, services, and customer segments. They play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company's strategic goals.

The Campaign Management Specialist's duties include briefing internal or external resources, monitoring and assessing campaigns and measuring campaign ROI. As an excellent project manager, they will collaborate across the organization, manage budget and timelines, and have a talent for working under pressure.

Main Job Responsabilities:

  • Develop marketing campaigns that build brand value, generate qualified leads, acquire customers and increase customer loyalty and advocacy.

  • Determine and pursue the marketing channel mix and investment required to achieve goals.

  • Understand the audience, how to resonate with them, build emotional connection and drive action.

  • Effectively brief internal (intra-team and cross-organization) and/or external collaborators to deliver max performing campaigns.

  • Establish and manage community of customer advocates, contributing value organization-wide.

  • Formulate advertising plan, manage advertising budget / media buy, lead design and execute plan.

  • Be a visionary and design dynamic campaigns that auto-act/react to customer behavior.

  • Manage complex systems integrations and maximize the potential of the integrations.

  • Ensure the content creation quality of copywriters and designers adheres to brand identity, accomplishes campaign purpose, is accurate, and error- free.

  • Prepare compelling direct-response customer engagement copy.

  • Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements.

  • Lead collaboration intra-team and cross-functionally with IT, product development, sales, customer support, and others to realize successful campaigns.

  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and form new campaigns.

  • Contribute to channel-specific initiatives, such as social media and email campaigns.

  • Lead and/or execute corporate initiatives as assigned by supervisor.

  • Experience & Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar. Post-graduate qualification in marketing is preferred.
  • 10+ years of diverse marketing + communications experience

  • 5+ years of marketing technical products and innovative solutions

  • 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Working knowledge of a project management applications (i.e., Smartsheet)

  • Working knowledge of social media management tools, email platforms.

  • Experience with a CRM platform as an asset. Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

  • Foundational knowledge of digital cloud structures / IT systems integration
