Role Overview:
The Country Manager, Sweden will generate and manage sales and aftersales, drive customer satisfaction, oversee regional marketing activities, social media and increase profitability for Fisker Inc. in the region.
The Country Manager reports to the Regional Director and will be responsible for the launch and success of our expansion into the Swedish market, overseeing all aspects of the business. To succeed in this position, you must be highly driven, a self-starter, hands-on, have a passion for automotive customer experience and service, and a desire to build a business from the ground up.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the launch and expansion of in-country operations, responsible for managing all activities relating to sales, after sales, charging, used vehicle, remarketing, and marketing.
The EU headquarters develops the regional strategies while the country manager has the responsibility to execute all strategies and direction at a local level.
The country organization will be highly focused, working closely with its regional counterparts and tasked to work hands-on and fully engaged for a variety of projects or workflows as needed.
Implements the launch of the Fisker brand in the region and the necessary infrastructure and third-party services.
Contributes to and executes cutting edge marketing campaigns developed by the EU marketing team.
Responsible for social media analytics & reaction in the market
Collaborates with leadership to develop strategies and implement those strategies.
Interact, and work with government agencies as required.
Develops annual budgets, defines KPIs and manages via the delivery and execution of these key performance indicators and deliverables.
Works to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of progressively responsible automotive work experience as a regional manager, network development manager or after sales manager in an international business setting
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in automotive industry required.
Significant experience in the regional management, sales, after sales and marketing fields strongly preferred.
