Onboarding Process: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing personalized guidance to ensure a smooth transition from signup to product use.
Product Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and features to customers.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and video calls, to gather required information, address queries, and provide ongoing support.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience aligned with customer expectations.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during the onboarding process, working closely with technical teams to provide timely solutions.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer facing role, or experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Passion for and knowledge of automotive technology and trends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive software/tools is a plus.
