Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, the Cybersecurity Advisor is responsible for managing the handling of events and incidents, vulnerabilities and threats, cyber defense technologies, offensive security, and application security. He supports management to synthesize, recommend action plans, and prepare presentations for management related to important files.
The cybersecurity advisor manages the design, development, coordination, and implementation of security initiatives to ensure optimal operationalization of cybersecurity.

What it takes to be successful in this role:
For this role, we are looking for someone with strong cybersecurity skills and experience. He/She must also have good communication skills to be able to educate employees about cybersecurity.
Have very good knowledge of information and communication technologies, particularly in security (eg AD / Azure AD, encryption, security monitoring, IAM, network perimeters, telecom, device management, etc.); Knowledge of security normative frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.)
Ability to popularize and synthesize; Ability to explain a security strategy; Ability to understand complex security situations.
Skills and Attitudes:
Be curious, rigorous, know how to work in a team, oriented on results and action, oriented on customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; Security domain certification (CISSP, OSCP, CEH, etc.) (an asset).
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 in the field of cybersecurity; Have worked in an environment including operational technologies (OT).
