Job Summary:
The digital experience manager (N. America) is responsible for Lion's overall digital marketing strategy and the respective initiatives execution. They will lead technical concepts formulation, cross-functional project scoping, and business case development and then continuing with partner(s) selection and project management through realization. The responsibilities extend through program administration, performance analyzing and achieving continuous improvement.
The digital experience manager will spearhead projects that propel Lion's brand image such as elevating design and UX for the company's websites and other digital customer engagement solutions.
They will lead automation initiatives resulting in impactful effective tailored marketing schemes such as eCampaigns derived via integration of in- house built MS Dynamics solutions with 3rd party solutions.
The digital experience manager will optimize performance on digital channels with advanced targeting and algorithmic methods that max performance in SEO / SEM and produce digitally mapped qualified leads.
Ultimately, the digital experience manager has a very important role in converting visitors into customers and ensuring a smooth experience through the complete customer journey resulting in effective sales support, customer satisfaction and increased loyalty.
Main Job Responsabilities:
Digital Strategy:
The digital experience manager, up-to-date on technology, marketing and consumer trends, is responsible for the martech stack strategy, recommending which capabilities are needed and builds the business cases as required.
This role will manage initiatives with outside agencies and 3rd party solutions providers to execute parts of the strategy. Important the candidate have a solid understanding of what drives performance in each of the channels so they can assess the agencies, challenge their recommendations, and hold them accountable.
Lead new digital initiatives from ideation through realization (i.e., new mobile app)
Project management – define scope and requirements, manage action plans and timelines, lead cross-functionally, resolve issues and communicate effectively.
Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget in collaboration with regional marketing campaign managers, including baseline paid media such as SEM.
Select and manage external vendors for specialized skills such as SEO, SEM, paid digital media, website and mobile app development.
Measure ROI and KPIs
Marketing Automation:
Power user of Dynamics CRM for the marketing team. Understands capabilities of CRM and email platform.
Development and management of newsletter campaigns + flows
Ensures marketing understands how best to optimize functionality the platform offers
Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as CRM product owner and IT to ensure marketing's needs are met.
Responsible for marketing automation strategy and implementation.
Ensure lead generation pipeline functions and is properly integrated and tracked with CRM.
Design and implement internal processes such as lead scoring.
Analyze customer behaviour, marketing funnel, campaign and content performance
Design and implement email programs and automated customer journeys to move customers through the funnel, based on a strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles across channels.
Implement data hygiene practices to ensure data quality is maintained.
Document processes and train Sales on best practices, eg capturing customer permission to contact.
Create CRM reports to measure performance of marketing initiatives.
Leverage lead scoring to improve quality of Marketing & Sales Qualified Leads
· Partner with Sales to ensure fully aligned lead generation campaign flows
Web Sites:
Implementing strategies to increase traffic and conversions (via forms) on the website
Collaborating with key stakeholders – gain alignment for website strategy and modifications
Website, audience and content performance analysis – leverage external resources to analyze stats such as load times, site visits and conversion rates, measure impact of changes, identify pages or functionality that needs to be optimized.
Website and app design – design how the website and app(s) look and function, including the back end.
Integrate digital solutions, eg. LionBeat
Build landing pages for campaigns
Responsible to ensure web and app updates are implemented whether internally or externally
Proactively manage Lion's web presence for all facilities (eg. Experience Centers) in 3rd party platforms
Create and manage Lion's Google Business Profiles listings, explore whether visibility in other platforms such as Bing as appropriate
Cross-team Collaboration:
Collaborates with those responsible for social media management to ensure a holistic view of the customer experience
Advise marketing team members on industry media opportunities
Build an inbound marketing plan in collaboration with campaign managers
Collaborate across the team such as graphic design and copywriting to execute projects
Experience & Education :
10+ years of experience in digital marketing management developing and implementing complex digital integrated marketing strategies
5+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation
5+ years of website and app design and UX optimization
5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics
