  • Design Governance: Develop and enforce UX guidelines and design systems that are scalable and consistent across various platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, product, and marketing departments to transform designs into real-world applications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic design proposals to internal and external stakeholders, including VP's and C-level executives.
  • Customer Insights: Establish and oversee user research initiatives, leveraging customer feedback to guide design decisions.
  • Industry Foresight: Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to maintain competitive edge.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.
  • Extensive multi-platform design experience, including desktop, mobile, web, and native applications. Special consideration for automotive UX design experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and a wide range of UX/UI projects.
  • Behaviors:

  • Influential Communicator: Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills to gain buy-in and drive impact.
  • Collaborative Leader: Team-first approach with a focus on empowering and developing team members.
  • Curiosity and Innovation: Deep intellectual curiosity and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Agility in a fast-paced environment, with the capability to pivot strategy based on research and insights.
  • Results-Driven: A keen focus on metrics and ROI, with an ability to align design strategy to business objectives.
