This position will provide financial decision support to key leadership team members by providing in-depth analyses of key performance indicators, by tracking and benchmarking financial trends, utilizing data and systems to visually present results, and by significantly contributing to the forecasting, budgeting, and monthly closing processes. Reports to Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Provide key financial information and analysis in support of executive management decision making and strategy.
  • Lead planning and forecasting processes working closely with each functional area as well as the corporate accounting function.
  • Key contributor to the Annual Budget process within your areas of responsibility.
  • Analyze and communicate monthly expense results including working closely with budget owners to Review dept expenses
  • Collaborate with accounting team to produce monthly financial reporting package.
  • Responsible for oversight of the methodologies used for organizational reporting to ensure the overall integrity of data. Work collaboratively to define requirements.
  • Responsible for the oversight of non-standard management reports and operational analysis.
  • Provide modeling and analysis for various initiatives (vendor contracts, cost efficiency, investments for growth).
  • Support ad hoc analysis, including analysis for due diligence, pricing, or other special projects.
  • Assisting with preparation of Board meeting materials
  • Create and maintain Productivity metrics and reporting for various roles in the organization.
  • Provide support to Product Management for business case analysis.
  • Scenario planning/financial analysis of alternate strategies
  • Own additional development within forecasting tool
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting capabilities within internal datalake
  • Support investor relations team on an ad hoc basis
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and Netsuite; Working proficiency with other financial software applications
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or corporate finance
  • Significant experience in driving the preparation of the annual operating plan, preparing budgets, forecasts, sensitivity analysis and running complex financial models
  • MS Office power user, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred Qualifications: (optional section)

  • MBA or CFA
  • Financial consulting or Corporate FP&A experience preferred
  • MS PowerQuery or PowerBI
