This position will provide financial decision support to key leadership team
members by providing in-depth analyses of key performance indicators, by
tracking and benchmarking financial trends, utilizing data and systems to
visually present results, and by significantly contributing to the
forecasting, budgeting, and monthly closing processes. Reports to Director of
Financial Planning & Analysis

Provide key financial information and analysis in support of executive
management decision making and strategy.
Lead planning and forecasting processes working closely with each
functional area as well as the corporate accounting function.
Key contributor to the Annual Budget process within your areas of

Collaborate with accounting team to produce monthly financial reporting
Responsible for oversight of the methodologies used for organizational
reporting to ensure the overall integrity of data. Work collaboratively to

Provide support to Product Management for business case analysis.
Scenario planning/financial analysis of alternate strategies
Own additional development within forecasting tool
Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting capabilities within internal
Support investor relations team on an ad hoc basis

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

5+ years of relevant experience in consulting or corporate finance
Significant experience in driving the preparation of the annual operating
plan, preparing budgets, forecasts, sensitivity analysis and running
complex financial models
MS Office power user, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications: (optional section)
MBA or CFA
Financial consulting or Corporate FP&A experience preferred
MS PowerQuery or PowerBI
