Role Overview

Join the Fisker team as a Fisker Delivery Lead and play a crucial role in guiding the Delivery Specialists and customer journey, providing exceptional service, and educating them on the Fisker brand and its products. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, discretion, and independent judgment. A passion for delivering a best-in-class customer experience and a high energy level is essential. This role also offers the potential for national and international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of safety and quality in accordance with Fisker and industry standards.

  • Coordinate/host delivery appointments and conduct new owner orientation sessions.

  • Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a seamless delivery appointment.

  • Demonstrate mastery of presenting, selling, and delivering Fisker products.

  • Prepare customer loan and DMV documents prior to delivery appointment and confirm accuracy.

  • Maximizing scheduling calendar for delivery.

  • Prepare customers for their delivery appointment through customer outreach, vehicle education and paperwork efficiencies.

  • Maintaining store fleet: coordinating service, allocation Management.

  • Ensure vehicles are onsite as prepared for customer appointments.

  • Compiling and running reports to analyze delivery performance and improvements.

  • Manage relationships and maintain effective communication with all teams.

  • Accompany customers on tailored test drive experiences.

  • Keyholder responsibilities to include opening/closing of facilities and conducting morning/evening recaps.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business need including Sales and Delivery.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Processing or Operations experience, preferably at an automotive OEM, with at least 2 years at the Manager level.

  • Experience in managing direct reports.

  • Proficiency in report writing, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Willingness to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays regularly initially, with an expectation of reduced need over time.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, and meet business-critical deadlines.

  • Experience with Lean Principles is preferred.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Exceptionally organized and meticulous.

  • Prior experience with EV, Auto E-commerce, Supply Chain, or Process Improvement is preferred.

  • Ability to obtain local sales licenses where required.

  • Results and success-oriented mindset, with a sense of urgency to drive issues and projects to closure.

  • Expected Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

    Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation, which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. Employee eligibility to participate in equity programs is subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance coverage for eligible full-time employees, as well as their spouse or domestic partner and children up to age 26. Coverage begins on the first day of employment, with Fisker covering a significant portion of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary based on v individual factors, including location, job-specific knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity, and business considerations. Fisker aims to provide a competitive salary within the listed range, considering the diverse factors mentioned above.
