The Business & Corporate Development Team at NIO USA is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of NIO's Go-To-Market for the Americas. This is a strategic corporate initiative, sponsored by the CEO, and comes with high visibility and all expectations!

As the Head of Service Planning, you will be responsible for the end-to-end service strategy in the U.S., and the derivative operational plan.
You will drive the execution of the operational plan, ensuring the delivery of the exceptional service NIO is known for.
This position reports to the VP, Business and Corporate Development at our San Jose, CA office.
