The HR Business Partner will be the primary point of contact and support for HR topics in Denmark, Sweden, & Norway. The successful candidate will have expertise in general HR functions coupled with knowledge of employment requirements in the necessary countries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact person for all employees to support on HR topics (focus: Denmark, Sweden, & Norway)

  • Contact person for third parties (social security, professional agencies, insurances, etc.)

  • Preparation of the monthly payroll and year end activities

  • Close cooperation and support of the Global HR team on

  • On-and off- boarding

  • Immigration assistance

  • Compensation & benefits

  • Performance management

  • Support international colleagues during their stay in Europe

  • HR administration (personnel file, documentation, certificates, etc.)

  • Continues review of local standards and improvement of HR processes

  • Support & review of health & safety programs

  • Qualifications:

  • Finished vocational degree and certified further qualification or similar education (finished studies with focus on Human Resources)

  • Several years of experience in a similar role

  • Very good knowledge on social security systems and employment regulations in Denmark, Sweden, & Norway

  • Fluent Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, and English language skills, any other European languages are an advantage.

  • Hands-on attitude to support on various HR activities.

  • Reliable and independent working style
