Position Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HRIS/Compliance
Specialist to join our HR Operations and Total Rewards team! This individual
will report to the Director, HR Operations and Total Rewards and be
responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's HRIS modules
along with our other HRIS specialist. Additionally, this role will support all
HR compliance reporting as well as immigration. Your duties will include
analyzing the efficiency of our HR systems, gathering user data, performing
audits to ensure data integrity and compliance, and ensuring timely required
reporting such as EEO, AAP, California Pay Data, etc. If you enjoy working

About the Role – You will:
Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include
installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to
applications, systems, and modules.
Provide support for HR information system including, but not limited to,
researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process
flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate
methods to meet requirements.
Liaison with third parties and other internal stakeholders.
Collaborates with various departments to identify areas of system
improvements and enhancements and supports implementing identified
solutions.
Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries,
filters, macros, and reports.
Auditing HR processes and documents, including payroll administration,
staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required.
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors,
and technology.
Proactively track pending laws and regulations to identify risk and
potential impact to the business.
Recommend and rollout modifications to the Company's employment and
benefits policies, procedures and programs.
Maintain HR compliance calendar and ensure compliance audits and timely
reporting (I-9, EEO, benefits, ACA, AA, Vets reporting, SOX)
Maintaining quarterly I-9 audit process.
Supports HR initiatives and projects and overall administrative workflow.

This position will be part of the Greer based HR team.
You will report to the Director, HR Operations and Total Rewards and
collaborate with other HR team members located at our headquarters in
Burlingame, CA.

Your Experience Includes:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
or related field required.
A minimum of 2 years of related experience required
Experience managing and implementing HRIS systems/ATS modules.
Working knowledge of federal employment laws as well as experience working
at a multi-state employer.
