Brief Description

An Insides Sales Manager with GreenPower Motor Company has the opportunity to contribute to a growing and fast pace department. This position will report to the VP of Medium Duty/Commercial sales and will manage the tasks on the company used CRM system and work with the sales team on CRM implementation and execution. This position will also be assigned special projects, as well as a variety of support functions and administrative tasks assigned by the Vice President of Medium Duty/Commercial Sales as well as the Vice President of School Bus / Contracts. Strict confidentiality is a requirement of the position. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a fast-paced and highly confidential role alongside senior management. This results-driven individual must be reliable and demonstrate superior verbal and written communications skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hubspot, GP's used CRM system. This position requires high level creative thinking, conceptualization, implementation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Team with the day-to-day workflow and forecasting on Hubspot
  • Provide insights on the needs of the business and participate in the development of sales strategies in support of corporate strategies
  • Work cross functionally to deploy and enable adoption of processes, tools and training in support ensure sales team is effectively manages customer accounts
  • Expand account base by successfully moving new opportunities through sales pipeline, partnering to move accounts to branded segment when account meets segment criteria
  • Leverage insights and analytics provided by Sales Operations to determine appropriate resource deployment, team and program effectiveness, and future strategy development
  • Collaborate with Product Creation and support Marketing
  • Assist in managing sales team, provide clear goals and expectations; ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities; coach; manage performance; develop; salary administration; enforce systems, policies and procedures; recruit, select and onboard new employees
  • Provides high-level support to an assigned executive
  • Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents; prepares summaries of findings and/or other related written correspondence as requested.
  • Supports Marketing with trade shows and events including financial operations, distribution of promotional materials, and employee coordination.
  • Assists Marketing in registration process for tradeshows and events and event participants.
  • Positively represents the company in community by attending trade show events.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Answers and transfers sales phone calls, screening when necessary.

  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate matrixed resources and drive measurable results
  • Ability to learn company specific system to track deadlines, submittals, and follow up
  • Computer skills using MS Office Suite, GSuite
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required.
  • CRM experience is required, HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Physical Requirements

    Considerable physical activity with prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 15 pounds.
