Join us in our young IT infrastructure administration team. We work in a very
new technological environment, and all have the desire to ensure Lion Electric
has a solid, scalable, and stable infrastructure.
You will be responsible for the efficient management,
installation/configuration and operation of the server and network
infrastructure. You will have to maintain, stabilize, evolve these
infrastructures, and monitor their performance.
We have great challenges to meet to deploy the latest technologies that will
allow our company Lion Electric to achieve its overly ambitious growth
objectives and thus contribute positively to the environmental impact.

dynamic and mobilized team.
As part of your daily work, you will:
Maintain and evolve Lion Electric's server and network infrastructure.
Install and support the different environments required to support
applications/projects.
Ensure performance through "monitoring" of environments and the
reliability of the existing computer network.
Analyze improvements and changes to be made as needed.
Conduct investigation and resolution activities in the event of a major
incident and escalate to suppliers when required.
Perform Level 3 support for server and network infrastructure incidents.
Ensure the operation of the systems daily.
Ensure the security, availability and performance of shared data and make
the required changes on the various servers.
Ensure a technological watch.
Collaborate in the drafting and implementation of policies, guidelines,
and technology standards.
Act as a mentor and participate in the development process of existing
technicians. Assist IT technicians for Level 2 support.
Participate in the implementation of documentation, procedures, processes,
and centralization of information.
Document the various operational procedures.
Install and integrate networks environments equipment.
Manage the list of daily IT requests related to infrastructure and
network.
Performs any other tasks that may be required from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent team spirit.
Priority management capacity.
Rigorous and methodical.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
English, and French an asset, but not a requirement.
Ability to navigate a rapidly changing work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills in a technological context.
Good knowledge of computer security concepts.
Experience or knowledge of the flagship technologies used:
Virtual server farm management with VMWARE.
Microsoft Server Management 2016, 2019.
VEEAM backup solution.
Fortinet/ FORTIGATE firewall.
Office 365 Specialist.
MS-SQL and Crystal Reports Specialist.
AD On Prem and Azure solutions Specialist.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Certification/Knowledge of ITIL, an asset or relevant certification, but
not a requirement.
Knowledge of Center for Internet Security (CIS) controls is an asset.
Working conditions:
Full-time - Flexible during the week according to the needs of the company
Off-hours availability according to projects and maintenance
Call support for major incidents (evenings and weekends)
