This high-impact, hands-on position will be charged with building, executing, and managing comprehensive programs, practices, and processes that foster a capability-building and talent-focused mindset.

As a Learning & Development Manager your role is to lead partners that support development of program creation and present relevant solutions to the business. You will put our teammates and business first, and are passionate about talent development, business strategy, and leadership. In this role you show up with enthusiasm to build connections and show care about the experience of the learner through being inclusive and welcoming to all.

What You'll Do

  • Create and refine on-going curriculum based on enterprise business needs, learning portfolio performance, stakeholder input, scale and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver innovative solutions needed to optimize organizational effectiveness and to facilitate successful implementations and engagement.
  • Refines competency models with leadership levels to drive organizational performance and support organizational values through employee development.
  • Develop and build leadership programs for leaders at all levels – from first time people leaders through Executive leadership.
  • Evaluate and measure new hire and leadership programs to provide continuous ideas on solutions to increase program effectiveness.
  • Partner with Core HR and COEs including Employee Relations to identify areas of focus for learning & development. To include building measurements of impact of programs and consistent reporting to business leaders and HRBPs.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations.
  • Manage multiple curriculum portfolios of development experiences, including new solution development and ongoing maintenance of existing assets.
  • Align project teams and stakeholders to implement highly effective and innovative L&D solutions, including digitized content, individualized learning paths, and development in the flow of work.
  • Continually adapt and innovate for a best-in-class learner experience.
  • Align and resource program portfolio to support both current business needs and longer-term strategies.
  • Build strategic plans to support high-volume hiring while creating an engaging and welcoming new hire experience for all employees in North America.
  • Create strategic frameworks to support targeted offerings of leadership development programs and tools to align with business goals.

  • Stakeholder Management – Establish effective relationships and communication with all site-based onboarding/leader development and stakeholders; communicate often, manage expectations, obtain necessary stakeholder support, assist in creation of engaging and interactive presentations. Meet with site stakeholders regularly. Uses direct and honest communication.
  • What You'll Bring

  • B.S./B.A. in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related degree + min 10 years' experience in human resources, training, general business OR 10+ years related work experience.
  • Experience leading teams is preferred
  • Direct and successful experience designing learning programs and solutions for an organization within the L&D or HR function
  • A high degree of business acumen and strategic thinking and planning
  • Ability to influence business leaders at a senior level and possess executive development expertise
  • Project/Program Management experience required
  • Motivated, self-starter. Treats body of work as an entrepreneur.
  • Highly Analytical / Able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage a full project life cycle independently with an acute attention to detail.
  • Uncompromisingly results-driven with superior ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills. Punctual when replying to emails asking for action.
  • Can interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization.
