RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and test ADAS systems both in lab and vehicles

  • Manage the test management and planning activities for multiple ongoing programs

  • Allocate work to the team members and ensure their delivery

  • Coordinate with all stake holders and suppliers for closing the observations noticed during testing

  • Participate in troubleshooting of issues with stakeholders to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

  • Mentor, Coach and expand on Team skillset and increase Team's efficiency

  • Skills :

  • Good knowledge of Automotive System Architectures (Software and Hardware)

  • Experience in testing of ADAS Systems such as Free Space, Surround View Camera, Lane Detection, Cruise Control, Driver monitoring and occupant monitoring algorithms.

  • Good understanding on different communication protocols

  • Resolve technical issues related to test environment and setup Test execution, Defect log capture and Defect reporting tools

  • Strong technical experience in developing algorithms for object tracking

  • Experience with software version and issue tracking systems – Git, SVN, JIRA, etc.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS or higher in electrical/computer engineering, or equivalent

  • 10+ years ADAS System validation role and 3+ years in management/leadership role

  • Experience developing and executing subsystem integration/validation and vehicle commissioning tests.

  • Experience with CAN/LIN/ETH diagnostic standards and tests

  • Experience configuring and using vehicle network logging tools

  • Strong knowledge of ISO-14229/ISO-15765 and SAE standards

  • Ability to be innovated and creative to work in in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Expected Salary Range: $92,260.00 to $257,010.00

    Additional compensation : Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits : Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
