General Role Overview:
Fisker Inc. is looking for an experienced manager in Automotive Financial Services and Insurance to play a key role in growing Fisker Finance's North American presence. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement digital-first consumer finance and insurance applications in the Canadian market and support the U.S. strategy and operations as needed. This person will work closely across the organization including Legal, Marketing/Sales, Product, and IT to define the end-to-end customer journey. You will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of this journey including incentive and trade-in options. Work scope includes project management, process control, and risk management, financial analysis and reporting, and other duties assigned. This team member must be very resilient under pressure, and requires an attitude of ownership, exceptional organizational skills, and analytical skills. Knowledge of automotive financial products, especially in the USA and Canada, is highly desired.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Canada Finance & Insurance workstreams and strategies to support vehicle sales and expand ancillary revenue opportunities. This includes Auto Industry benchmarking and various factors to guide the organization's financial products strategy.
Develop framework, process, and analytics and collaborate with various departments to develop financing and insurance products and refine program details on ongoing basis.
Manage manual credit application through dealer portal, serve as subject matter expert for questions and issues surrounding the financing solution, and work closely with sales and delivery team and Bank partner to complete all financing requirements successfully.
Take ownership to improve finance operation process. Lead business discussions and system integration requirements with Bank and other external partners including EV incentive and trade-in to deliver a seamless, customer centric experience.
Build the monthly reconciliation process and report analysis of financial results.
Monitor Fisker Finance program performance including sales, financing penetration and operational SLAs. Provide rate updates, subvention strategies and other performance improvement requirements to pricing committee, finance, sales, marketing and executive leadership team through presentations and dashboards.
Develop and manage process for third party residual value estimates working with guidebooks and bank partners.
Ownership of lease planning and product launch.
Support month-end closing activities from a managerial standpoint and other short-term and long-term growth initiatives as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in vehicle financing, leasing, insurance products, program and pricing, strategy and finance, preferably in an automotive financing company
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. A master's degree is a plus.
Knowledges, Skills, Abilities, Competencies
Demonstrate strong knowledge in industry benchmarking to determine product competitiveness in the market. Assess take rates, baseline costs, and develop financial model to forecast profitability
Hands on experiences in business expansion, product development, pricing model and financial analysis. Outstanding interpersonal and sales support skill is a plus.
Develop performance KPIs, hold internal and external team accountable to the deliverables to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
Ability to plan, implement, and administer complex projects that integrates business processes and facilitates financial information sharing.
Demonstrate complete commitment to high performance, taking responsibility and supporting the organization in achieving its goals.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically yet tactically evaluate and implement initiatives.
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel in complex financial analyses and MS Office suite of products
Strong attention to detail; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop strategy, processes, policies from the ground up
Ability to work in a fast paced, nimble start up environment.
