Being up to date on Tesla's product and process updates, training materials, and cross-departmental knowledge is critical to providing an exceptional customer experience. The Field Engagement Manager is key to continuing Tesla's growth and providing improved internal resources and relevant field updates.

The ideal candidate has a passion for written and verbal communication and understands how to communicate effectively across a broad audience. They possess natural leadership skills, are innovative, and a critical thinker. They will lead a highly functioning team and must be self-motivated. They have the desire and ability to navigate through multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that changes day to day.

What You'll Do

Based in Fremont, CA, the Field Engagement Manager will lead a team of content creators across North America, supporting our field teams to stay up to date with relevant content and updates.

They will collaborate with our internal customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to provide meaningful content and organizational updates.

Curate, lead and execute communication strategies that support our field teams in understanding company initiatives and the whys behind them.

Identify opportunities within the organization to elevate engagement between field teams and support partners.

Thought partner in developing new and innovative content, including audio- visual media.

Ensure operational processes are considered alongside communication components to ensure the impact on internal and external customers is supported.

Develop content with multiple cross-functional stakeholders that is in line with brand tone and voice to support positive client interactions.

Review and edit articles for grammar and technical accuracy prior to publishing.

Audit existing content and materials for accuracy and relevancy, and archive as needed.

Learn about our customers and products and take the initiative to propose new content to ou team and business partners.

Practiced ability to respect confidential information.

Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.

  • 7+ years of experience leading a team of content creators
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or equivalent work experience
