Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Manager of Go-To-Market Strategy to lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for the successful launch and market penetration of our electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives to maximize market opportunities and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new electric vehicle launches and product updates. Define market segmentation, positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, including customer insights, competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory factors. Utilize data-driven insights to identify market opportunities and inform strategy development.

  • Product Launch Planning: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product launch activities, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, training, and promotional strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.

  • Channel Strategy and Partner Management: Develop channel strategies and partnerships to expand market reach and ensure effective distribution of electric vehicles. Collaborate with dealerships, retailers, and other partners to optimize sales channels.

  • Marketing and Communication Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns aligned with go-to-market plans. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.

  • Sales Enablement and Support: Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, tools, and training programs to support effective product positioning, value proposition communication, and sales strategies.

  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of go-to-market strategies. Analyze performance data and insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product development, sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proven experience (X+ years) in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles within the automotive industry or technology sector, preferably in electric vehicles or sustainable technology.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in product launch planning, market research, and developing successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required
  • Expected Salary Range: $85,000- 155,000 per annum.

    Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits : Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
