General Role Overview: Fisker Inc is seeking a strategic and analytical Manager of Incentive Planning to oversee the development and execution of incentive programs aimed at driving sales, customer acquisition, and market penetration for our electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing incentive strategies and optimizing programs to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Incentive Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive incentive strategies aligned with sales objectives, product launches, and market dynamics. Identify target segments and objectives for incentive programs.
Program Design and Management: Design, implement, and manage incentive programs that drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and market share. Develop programs encompassing rebates, discounts, loyalty rewards, and dealer incentives.
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor incentives to gather insights and inform incentive program design. Use data-driven approaches to optimize incentive effectiveness.
Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align incentive programs with business objectives, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
Compliance and Budget Management: Ensure incentive programs comply with regulations and internal policies. Manage incentive budgets, track expenditures, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure program effectiveness.
Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define KPIs and metrics to measure the performance and impact of incentive programs. Generate regular reports, analyze program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for program optimization and improvements. Implement enhancements to increase program efficacy and ROI.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders involved in incentive programs. Negotiate terms and ensure collaborative execution.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Proven experience in incentive planning, sales operations, or related roles within the automotive industry or a similar sector.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in managing incentive programs, understanding market dynamics, and driving sales through incentives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
Expected Salary Range: $84,000/yr. - $120,000/yr.
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees. The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
