Your Role:
As the Manager, Warranty , you will be responsible for supporting the
Aftersales operations team to manage the overall warranty processes and
systems. Your role will lead the warranty team in all aspects of executing the
warranty processes, guidelines, financials, accruals as well as interfacing
across all company domains.
Lead Warranty system scope definition, cost, timing, organization and
delivery and implementation of the FF Warranty system, including the
support of TREAD reporting systems
Develop , document and execute the FF Warranty policy and procedures,
including goodwill and rental/fleet processes, labor time standards,
technical service bulletins, claim editing and data maintenance
Develop and oversee Warranty review program for service centers with
unusual warranty costs and implement remediation activities
Consult with product quality, engineering and parts regarding emerging
issues and service information deficiencies, support the development of
technical instruction
Monitor service partner Warranty performance. Initiate further
investigation for unusual behavior to ensure proper warranty repair and
customer experience
Measure Warranty/goodwill performance and coordinate with technical
service team for investigation and improvement on a monthly basis
Coordinate with technical service specialists for onsite technical
support, reviews at service centers that have warranty concerns
Review Warranty documents/data for any patterns, such as excessive repair,
high/low dollar amount claims, goodwill or loaner fleet utilization to
determine compliance and corrective action
Lead internal audits for internal and external warranty topics
Develop and lead the Warranty team
Liaise with training team to develop Warranty training for service
compliance and policy standards
Qualifications:
Associate's / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of successful warranty operations management experience,
including knowledge of administration and various state laws, corrective
action processes
Proven technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair
Proven track record in aftersales automotive customer experience execution
Experience working with third party supplier partners
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer
Exceptional communication skills
Independent / Self Starting
Punctual and reliable
Good working ethic and must be a team player

Annual Salary Range:
$102,500 - $128,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
