Role Overview
Fisker Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Carflow and Order Ops Analyst to join our team remotely. As the Carflow and Order Ops Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the vehicle ordering process to ensure efficient and accurate distribution. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of vehicle order and distribution logistics. Responsibilities
Work with the vehicle order planner to optimize the product mix for maximum turn-rate.
Monitor the global allocation process to ensure timely and equitable distribution.
Coordinate with the manufacturing plant to manage vehicle production and delivery schedules.
Monitor order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Proactively identify potential delays or supply chain disruptions and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Analyze distribution data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
Provide regular reports and updates on distribution operations to management.
Continuously monitor Fisker's shipping and retail sales achievement versus the plan and prepare recommendations for supply requests to manage/optimize vehicle supply with consumer demand.
Serve as a liaison to the Global Sales Planning, Sales Operations, and Retail Sales teams to coordinate inventory constraints and available surplus for assignment/allocation and identify future risks/opportunities in Fisker's annual sales plan.
Manage the process of analyzing and updating the Global Carflow to react to changes and identify opportunities for profit optimization.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in planning, sales analysis, vehicle distribution, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with automotive distribution and vehicle logistics is a plus.
Excellent proficiency with Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Previous remote work experience is preferred.
Expected Salary Range: $41,440.00 to $95,440.00 a year.
Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
