Arcimoto Ownership Advisor oversees all business and administrative aspects of the sales process related to building demand for consumer sales, driving engagement and interest in new orders. The role supports customers through the journey to ownership. Driving new orders, managing customer pipelines, client outreach, hosting test drives and providing a best in class customer experience. Interacting with customers remote and in person as well as coordinating with other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES ● Driving new sales for consumer use. ● Ability to market and sell Arcimoto products. ● Work events/trade shows in the local market. ● Host test drives and travel to meet customers for drive experiences. ● Establish a go to market plan to drive new orders in the designated market. ● Following up with customers and managing all stages through the customer journey to ownership. ● Managing and overseeing daily sales related tasks and customer needs. ● Coordinate with other departments and external customers daily. ● Be accountable for sales goals and metrics set by leadership. ● Be proactive in building relationships and new interest for the brand. ● Act as an ambassador for the company and specialist for all Arcimoto products. ● Provide a hands-on and personalized approach to support customers through to ownership. ● Successfully complete projects and other assignments as requested. ● All other duties assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS ● Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, automotive or fleet sales experience preferred. ● Valid Driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation ● Ability to organize and manage a customer pipeline ● Ability to interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure, prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment ● Proven ability to work effectively in independent settings ● Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts ● Excellent at Multitasking ● Available to work overtime and be on call as needed
● Identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner ● Ability to cross train and understand all sales related tasks and positions ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
