Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist, to join our Munich-based European headquarters or another Fisker location in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and management of all paid search and digital media campaigns for one of our regions in Europe. This full-time role will be an integral part of our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things paid search, social, PPC as well as TV and OOH, driving user engagement with a proven track-record of campaign and budget management. Strong operational and analytical thinking are required. Deep and hands on knowledge of executing digital campaigns, including ad tagging, campaign analysis and measurement, and campaign optimization is required.

The role is based in Munich, Germany or in another Fisker location in Europe.

What you will do:

  • Lead strategic and tactical paid search and campaign initiatives that drive, engage, and convert highly qualified traffic, using our core paid media channels, including paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, programmatic advertising as well as TV and OOH

  • The Digital Ads Campaign specialist will help lead the strategic approach to search campaigns, leads campaign execution, regular and frequent monitoring, and maintenance of paid search and other PPC tactics

  • Hands-on implementation, management, KPI setting, and reporting for all marketing channels.

  • Partner with analytics resources to ensure proper tagging and tracking elements are in place and measured correctly.

  • Strategize the creation of new PPC campaigns, ad groups, keyword opportunities, ad copy and ad accounts as needed

  • Oversee daily and weekly trend reporting, pacing and analysis of KPIs from all paid search and other PPC campaigns to create clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholder

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of industry or changing trends

  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion, provide recommendations and see through to implementation.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • You have 2-6 years of experience in Paid Media Marketing with focus on digital channels ideally in several international markets

  • Expert in Google Ads including strategy, KPI setting, campaign build/design, implementation, regular optimization/management, keyword research and analysis.

  • Experience and excellence in managing paid search campaigns with at least a six figure spend annually.

  • Experience with paid social, native advertising, other advertising platforms.

  • Outstanding knowledge of research and analytics tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Google Trends, Google Analytics and Google Data Studies

  • Desire to learn new technologies and/or platforms in the PPC space to improve efficiencies

  • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications

  • You communicate fluently in English and in at least one other European language

  • You have a strong sense of ownership
