As part of our Electrical Integration team with focus on transportation applications you both work on further developing our core products and on creating EE interfaces with our customers' vehicles. Plenty of exciting and challenging projects await you - widely spread over the bus, truck and van industry.
Your tasks in detail:
You're responsible for testing and validation of our Power Electronic Units as well as the electrical interfaces with customers' vehicles
You collaborate with internal engineers and external testing laboratory partners to define test cases and plans to validate our prototypes and products
You also are responsible for testing and validation of our components in house - directly working on test benches and vehicles
You will correlate with our Quality Engineers to manage longitudinal defect documentation and help the development team resolve issues
You are setting up our test systems and preparing the first steps towards test automation
You are working closely with the development team to improve the quality of our product and test specifications
You are responsible for manual soldering rework, configuration, and maintenance of our devices
Highly flexible in daily tasks. Ours is a small yet motivated team dedicated to advancing the total solution.
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
More than 2 years of professional experience in testing and validation of Power Electronics within the automotive, bus or truck industry and/or 2 years as a testing or installation technician in the PV integration industry, with focus on power electronics integration
Broad knowledge of standard testing and validation procedures from automotive industry
Solid Knowledge of functionality of Solar Systems
Automotive High Voltage handling certifications a strong plus
You have experience in setting up and programming test automation systems
Good working knowledge of electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, multi- meter, power supply, etc.)
You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working on the test bench or vehicles
Certified tester level is a plus
Living sustainable is important to you - in your private and professional life
Fluent English is a must - fluent German a plus
