Our team is composed of product managers, business analysts, UX designers, and

This position will focus on automating scheduling and field work in order to
scale energy deployments.
What You'll Do
Identify software-fixable problems for Energy Field employees to reduce
manual touches and time spent in the field
Identify opportunities to reduce reschedules done manually by an employee
or customer
Manage workflow automations for forms submitted in the field
Quantify issues and build out success metrics for energy field work and
appointment scheduling
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in
experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and
metrics for making assumptions and decisions
SQL skills and exposure on API based systems integration platforms. Python
and Tableau preferred
Good understanding and working experience in IT systems development using
Agile methodology
Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-
technical stakeholders
Passionate about working with other businesses and partners and provide
solutions to solve their specific challenges
Be able to demonstrate a ‘customer first' mentality and empathy with
customers and field workers
