About the Role – You will:

  • Create and manage production & engineering work orders based on published Powered and engineering build plans.
  • Participate in Engineering Design Change Control cross-functional meetings in order to ensure proper changeover planning for all upcoming changes/deviations for both production and engineering builds; coordinate with manufacturing engineers and ensure all changes/deviations are reflected in work orders.
  • Ensure synchronization between assemblies in the BOM and work orders in Oracle.
  • Ensure synchronization between Oracle and manufacturing systems and create work orders in manufacturing systems as necessary.
  • Update and Action weekly KPIs derived from BOM to work order accuracy, as well as aged work orders and demand accuracy.
  • Work with site manufacturing engineer and other cross functional team members for troubleshooting any ERP issues (such as material consumption issues) that are caused due to Production Control activities. Support RCCA activities as required.
  • Create and manage work orders to support site rework activities.
  • Manage and update part numbers in ERP; verify item templates and supply types are properly coded. Ensure assembly routings are properly setup to match the flow of actual physical manufacturing process on the shop floor.

  • Your Experience Includes:

  • Associate degree in a technical / manufacturing related field, such as Information Technology , Engineering, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (with emphasis in Excel)
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts
  • Location: Greenville, SC
