Position Requires onsite Manhattan Beach, CA or San Francisco, CA
The Role:
As a member of our team, you will be supporting the production application build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Responsibilities:
Responsible to identify, diagnose and find ways to resolve the issue. Often, needs to collaborate with other team members to address the problem.
Preparing and documenting reports: - Responsible to prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation of the systems and procedures and other relevant information. Client will be expecting to record every problem in the production environment.
Troubleshooting issues: - Analyze various metrics and logs to understand the reason for system failure or non-performance. Using different debugging and diagnostic tool, find solutions to improve software performance.
Contributing to product development: - Should participate in every phase of the product development process, such as designing, building and testing to provide production experience and NFRs to build a better software . Create valuable tools, including internal software, to automate processes or platforms for customers to send reviews.
Collaborating with other departments: Responsible to collaborate with various cross-functional teams and work with developers, system administrators and software engineers to solve production issues. Should update senior leaders about the system status and share timely resolution progress.
Enhancing system performance: - Responsible to identify potential improvement areas in the production system. Based on their skills, you should implement suggestions, such as code optimization and enhancement of the production infrastructure.
Training new employees: Responsible to guide new employees on using production support software packages
Other Responsibilities
Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly
Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues
Taking ownership and responding to open support tickets
Closing open support tickets by adhering to the production support service level agreements
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure
success
Qualifications
3 +yrs. of experience
Strong experience in React (Next.js)
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the JavaScript object model
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation
Understanding of the W3C guidelines including ARIA and accessibility
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6+)
Expert understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Experience with common development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and yarn
Experience with testing frameworks
Ability to perform benchmarking and optimization
Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Desire to learn new technologies in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Should have Excellent communication skills, participate actively in team discussions and work with different application stakeholders to track/resolve the Business issues.

Expected Salary Range : $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 a year.
Additional compensation : Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Frisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
