General Role Overview:
Responsible for organization, tracking, and communication of all topics affecting CMF & graphic/HEX (Human Experiences) deliverables and activities supporting Studio projects.
Document, track, and communicate all CMF related timing, requirements, and updates.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Design and Engineering for all CMF and graphics related activities.
Self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Manage the optimization of the CMF process and workstreams, while keeping parallel workstreams in sync.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely and coordinate with the CMF Design Team and cross functional teams to document the CMF and Graphic definition/content for concept and production vehicle programs.
Facilitate effective communication among key cross-functional teams – including Program, Engineering, Human Experiences (HEX), Design Quality, Craftsmanship, and Purchasing.
Support the CMF team to follow through on Show Car programs (e.g. material quotes, POs and material deliveries to external fabricators).
Manage CMF-related timelines to ensure deliverables are met per program timing.
Manage program milestones to ensure AAR and Mastering are delivered and meet program timing.
Track Supplier material cost as status updates.
Assist Management with organization, communication, and presentation of CMF and Graphic information throughout program milestones.
Optimize and lead CMF Change Management Process.
Provide clear communication of updates and changes affecting CMF direction.
Coordinate with Vendors and cross-functional teams to successfully implement all CMF targets according to program timeline.
Support CMF physical reviews to ensure optimal execution as related to Design scope of program.
Domestic and international work travel may be required.
Specifications for the job:
5 Years of relevant Program Management experience
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Automotive industry experience with an emphasis on process development
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and proactively work with cross- functional teams to resolve potential issues.
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to change while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and Project Management tools.
Expected Salary Range
$67,480.00 - $167,980.00 per year.
Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs
