Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (Hybrid Schedule)

Role Overview :

As the Program Manager (Automotive), you will drive initiatives and standard procedures to achieve operational excellence within the Marketing, Sales and Service teams. You are a champion for continuous improvement and will nurture this culture whilst working with different cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive process improvements as a common goal. You will bridge the gap with the IT, engineering, and other key stakeholder teams, thus ensuring successful and on-time program launches and active PDCA.

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects under the Marketing, Sales and Service vertical and infrastructure implementation across stakeholders and proactively seek feedback, recommendation, and consensus.

  • Develop standard project tracking for the status of projects readiness, cost, timing, asset, and resource allocations, requiring exceptional cross-functional interaction and sharp attention to detail.

  • Develop thorough documentation of business rules, workflows, processes, best practices, and program guidelines for Marketing, Sales and Service operations.

  • Identify, quantify, and execute process improvement plans to drive quality, efficiency, productivity, safety, utilization, and cost reduction.

  • Analyze operational data insights to identify areas of process improvement and develop countermeasures to resolve any operational deficiency.

  • Develop continuous improvement strategy to constantly review process and improve operational efficiency and productivity.

  • Create closed-loop feedback process and enable team members to be effective and efficient by implementing business tools and processes.

  • Create monthly and quarterly reports to track operations performance metrics.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in an automotive, OEM in at least 3 of the following disciplines: marketing, sales, service, charging, distribution, logistics, parts, accessories, used vehicles, remarketing, customer relations

  • 3 years of program management experience

  • PMP Certification is required

  • Strong workflow development skillsets to transform complex processes into business requirement documentations

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of products

  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proven superior attention to detail as this is the foundation of the position

  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate mindset

  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well- respected, trusted partner

  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability

  • Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history

  • Fluent spoken and written English . Must have excellent presentation skills.

  • Expected Salary Range: $90,000- $135,000 per Annum

    Additional Compensation

    Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
