OverviewThe purpose of this role is to consolidate in MS Project all high level tasks from Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality and R &D efforts. The high level tasks/goals should roll up for a quick view but be detailed enough to target areas that need improvement at a granular level. Constraints must be visible in the timeline and confirmation (audit) of progress by each department validated. The end goal should have all tasks linked to critical path and guide the teams to focus on what is priority.
