Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for high- volume positions within Sales, Delivery, and Logistics, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely communication, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, coordinating with hiring teams to assess candidate suitability and alignment with Fisker's culture and values.
Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a robust pool of candidates is readily available.
Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Employer Branding: Contribute to Fisker's employer branding initiatives, showcasing the company's values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:
Proven experience as a high-volume recruiter, preferably in Sales, Delivery, and Logistics within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and industry trends.
High adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Expected Salary Range: $72,480.00 to $89,980.00 per year.
Additional Compensation: Salary is one component of total compensation, which may include bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. Employee eligibility to participate in equity programs is subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance coverage for eligible full- time employees, as well as their spouse or domestic partner and children up to age 26. Coverage begins on the first day of employment, with Fisker covering a significant portion of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary based on several individual factors, including location, job-specific knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity, and business considerations. Fisker aims to provide a competitive salary within the listed range, taking into account the diverse factors mentioned above.
