What to Expect
Tesla's Remodel and Relocation team is looking for individuals who are
passionate about improving the customer experience. In this role you will work
with the Asset Control team to handle tasks that will help with customers
removal or reinstallation requests. You will be a key player to drive process
improvements and eliminate root cause defects. As part of the Remodel and
Relocation team you will gain a broader business perspective by collaborating
with Customer Support, Energy Operations, Finance, and other interdepartmental
teams.
Flexible schedule: You may choose any 8 hours shift between the hours of
7am-7pm PST
Will work onsite at our Tesla Austin GIgafactory Office
What You'll Do
Provide timely assistance to the Asset Control team with customer requests
Ability to be flexible for the ever-changing demands and needs of the
business as it evolves
Adhere to the department's preset service levels with a proactive approach
in managing workload with minimal supervision.
Must be well versed in contract terminology (PPA, Lease, MyPower,
PowerWall, SolarRoof), Solar Loan & Cash Agreements, to understand
financial implications and installation specifications.
What You'll Bring
1-3 years previous EC Tesla experience or Project Advisor
Exceptional time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills; Intermediate
Mathematical skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
and root cause identification.
Critical thinker with demonstrated ability to think outside of the box to
get the job done
Ability to interact in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility to
adapt to quickly changing business needs.
Intermediate computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently to make decisions and solve problems
Confident and professional demeanor; well-developed customer service
skills.
