You will report to the Director, Battery as a Service and Remanufacturing
Operations and collaborate with Operations team members located at our
headquarters in Burlingame, CA and manufacturing facility in Greer, SC.
About the Role - You Will:
Receive, evaluate, and process RMAs for HV battery packs and other
components in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather
all necessary information and documentation for RMAs.
Monitor the status of RMAs and provide timely updates to relevant
stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensuring timely processing of RMAs to meet Service Agreements and
assisting Customer Service Team with RMA Authorization processing.
Handle defective parts and coordinate their return to vendors, ensuring
compliance with vendor return policies and procedures.
Track and maintain accurate records of RMAs, including product
descriptions, customer information, failure analysis reports, and
resolution status.
Communicate proactively and clearly with customers, providing updates on
the status of their RMAs, including estimated timelines for resolution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective
actions, coordinating repair, replacement, or refund processes.
Facilitate physical inventory transfers within departments and maintain
accurate inventory records.
Coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accurate
documentation and proper handling.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and
internal quality procedures throughout the RMA process.
Regularly review, maintain, and update process documentation. Identify
opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in the
RMA process.
About You: Qualifications:
High school education or above.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RMA Coordinator or in a similar
role, preferably within the automotive or energy storage industry.
Familiarity with RMA processes and best practices, including knowledge of
quality management systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Suits is preferred.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date
documentation.
