Role Overview
Are you a driven, analytical, and customer-centric individual? If so, Fisker is seeking a high-performing Sales Operations Manager to join our North American team. In this role, you'll take charge of various aspects of Fisker's Sales Operations, from Final Mile Delivery to Sales Strategy, Fleet Sales, and relationships with Vehicle Processing Vendors. You'll need to combine your customer-first mindset with your expertise in back-end and front-end programming languages to develop data pipelines that enhance our sales operations.
Responsibilities
Be the driving force behind critical cross-business unit initiatives, often handling multiple assignments with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with senior partners across the organization to translate performance challenges and opportunities into effective sales strategies that boost revenue and growth.
Turn strategic directives into actionable plans, effectively scaling sales strategies across Fisker's sales organization.
Lead the sales operations team to support complex efforts spanning various functions and business units, enhancing business efficiency and sales productivity.
Evaluate, analyze, and document current systems and processes, proposing improvements as needed.
Manage the Sales Operations team, providing robust support for Mobility Services and peak workload assistance for Customer Service/Remarketing.
Conduct initial and ongoing training for your direct reports.
Support Operations and the Vehicle Administration team in reaching volume and growth targets by standardizing follow-up processes and building customer relationships.
Analyze sales trends and metrics, providing insights to the vehicle administration team, sales operations team, and sales leadership.
Develop analytical and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Ensure the consistency and accuracy of sales systems, executing pipeline management processes and sales forecasting.
Optimize the sales funnel by identifying opportunities through data analysis and process improvements.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a SaaS company serving Enterprises.
Proven experience collaborating with a global field sales team, providing operational support to achieve revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce.com is a plus) with in-depth knowledge of best practices, reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy.
Startup dynamic and creative, strategic thinker.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
Problem solver with quick solution-finding skills.
Results-oriented mindset, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and projects to completion.

Effective collaboration with various departments and working styles, eager to develop a clear understanding of presenting and sharing information across different teams.
Expected Salary Range: $61,600.00 to $131,600.00 a year.
Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation, which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity, as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
