Fiskers Salesforce Product and Platform team is looking for an experienced IT Service and Field Service Lead with solid expertise in Salesforce and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning, handling both technical and business-facing IT roles. Reporting to the Director of Salesforce Applications, this role will serve as the main Functional Lead for IT Service and after-sales service within the Salesforce applications team.


Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of IT products for Service and Field Service solutions, leading the design and roadmap of Salesforce solutions in line with business goals.

Business Partnership : Independently collaborate with key business partners, including Directors, Managers, and Product Managers, to understand challenges and requirements, ensuring successful IT delivery.

Solution Design and Delivery: Propose and review solutions to address business challenges using best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of Salesforce solutions.

Roadmap and Blueprint Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap and blueprint for Salesforce Service, after- sales and Field Service solutions, aligning with business objectives for a smarter CRM system.

Agile Project Management: Plan, estimate, and manage the delivery of initiatives, projects, and enhancements within defined timelines and budgets with the technical delivery team.

Operations: Provide support for day-to-day Service and Field Service Salesforce operations, including hands-on work in building reports and dashboards for business.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT Service and after- sales systems, with at least 8 years in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning, Community Cloud highly preferred.

  • Proven End-to-End experience in Field Service Lightning, with a good understanding of out-of-the-box capabilities, FSL APIs, and integrations with other systems.

  • Experience with Service Cloud configuration, Omnichannel deployment and integration with leading Cloud Contact Center Solution. End to end experience in deploying integrated cloud contact center solutions is a big plus.

  • Previous experience in a large Salesforce IT environment with integrations between ERP and front-end systems. Experience in manufacturing or the automotive sector is a plus.

  • Proven experience in Agile project management methodologies, including running Epics and sprints, and building/refining user stories.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, business leadership, and product managers.

  • Self-motivated, organized, action-oriented, with a sense of ownership. Ability to drive change and deliver business-driven solutions.

  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to build flowcharts and presentations for articulating roadmap, design, and solution.

  • Expected Salary Range : $170,000.00 -$185,000.00 a year.

    Additional compensation : Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
