Role Overview:

  • Minimum 10+ years in the IT industry with End-to-End Salesforce implementation experience.

  • Implementation and customization of customer Salesforce solution projects that involve the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service and/or integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are met.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.

  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution.

  • Work in cross functional teams to drive effective creation of Minimum Viable Products that bring business value faster.

  • Respond to various broad questions and concerns from customer management regarding project requirements, documents need, technical standards, and conditions;, communicate the status of requests, and determine the feasibility of projects;, document findings and action.

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.

  • Hands-on with source code, version management, and code deployment standards

  • Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues.

  • Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.

  • Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours.

  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture

  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

  • Knowledge on different integration patterns

  • Knowledge on various asynchronous capabilities in salesforce and its use cases

  • Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.

  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

  • Creating timelines and development goals.

  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.

  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

  • Required skills

  • Lightning Components, Events, Component Bundles, etc.

  • Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration and Customizations.

  • Hands-on experience in Writing Triggers, VF pages, and Test class batch classes.

  • Worked on Workflow, Process Builder, Approval process, etc.

  • Work on the Deployment using Eclipse or Change Set etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions within a tight deadline.

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Preferred Salesforce certifications

  • Salesforce Sales cloud consultant

  • Expected Salary Range : $92,260 - $172,010$ a year.

    Additional compensation : Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
