Role Overview:

This Specialist role is geared toward developing a career in the Charging and EV space with a long-term plan to grow and influence stakeholders. Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Charging Network, you will learn the intricacies of forming relationships and partnerships with public charging providers to help Fisker make the right decisions to move products forward and deliver a best-in-class charging service.

This is a key role that will help Fisker deliver an innovative, immersive, and unrivalled experience to customers that is aligned with the company's vision of “a clean future for all.”

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Fisker's comprehensive public charging network solution and manage relationships with various vendors

  • Support Fisker's public charging equipment program, interfacing with key teams to support customer experience initiatives

  • Provide input to Fisker's future plan for EV and charging related retail products & services.

  • Work with internal teams to develop EV and charging related applications and digital solutions

  • Operate Cross-Functionally with inter-departmental collaboration with legal, engineering, manufacturing, quality, technical service, and service centers to assist with Fisker's charging strategy

  • Support program reporting and analytics across KPI's

  • Support broader EV strategies and projects as required

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in EV charging infrastructure development

  • 1-2 experience within automotive OEM experience

  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple important projects simultaneously under deadline

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required

  • Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends where needed to meet deadlines and company goals.

  • Expected Salary Range: $46,060.00 to $128,310.00 a year.

    Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
