General Role Overview:
Fisker Inc is looking for a Retail Operations Sr. Analyst to join its Financial Services team. This person is responsible for managing partnerships with financial institutions while working closely across all functions to ensure the best possible customer experience when financing, leasing and insuring a vehicle. It involves driving the customer journey, resolving customer issues, providing training and support to Fisker's sales, customer communication and vehicle admin team. This is a critical role that requires an attitude of ownership and customer service, exceptional organizational skills, analytical skills and process management skills. Knowledge of the automotive retail finance process, loan origination process, customer credit application intake and retail installment contracts is highly desired. The role offers significant growth opportunity assuming more responsibility during the roll- out phase of the Financial Services team across different regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues surrounding the financing process.
Work closely with the Fisker Vehicle Admin team and our financing partner to identify and resolve individual customer financing issues
Take ownership and improve operational process in the entire finance product journey
Design and facilitate ad hoc and formal training sessions of customer- facing colleagues on financial services partnerships, products, and processes
Identify areas of opportunity within the financing process and collaboratively design and implement solutions
Prepare analytics around rates, product, incentive and special promotion in the marketplace and draw strategic insights
Manage retail finance operations and performance management KPIs
Manage insurance operations. Develop, track, and monitor KPI's for insurance premiums
Lead daily reconciliation process on vehicle sales and financing transactions to ensure Fisker's financial interests
Support financial analysis for business strategies and provide recommendations to functional teams and management for decision-making
Support the development of strategic plans for optimized productivity
Contribute cross-functionally and assist with other key projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Completed BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA considered a plus
3-5 years of professional prior work experience, preferred in Automotive OEM, Captive or Bank/Financial Services
Strong analytical, resolution and implementation skills
Great interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
Expertise in asset financing/leasing is desired
Passion and keen interest for building our innovative financial services department
High-energy and composed personality that can work confidently with large bank partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP considered a plus
Ability to work independently and quickly without compromising excellence
Capacity to multi-task and prioritize work effectively, to be adaptable to change, both big and small
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong decision-making capabilities
Results oriented, attention to both “big picture” as well as detail

Expected Salary Range
$67,480.00 to $125,000.00
Additional Compensation
Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
