Sr. Manager, IT End User Services:

Fisker Group Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, IT End User Services to oversee IT Enterprise and Infrastructure support Globally. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader within the IT organization, collaborating cross- functionally and with senior leadership to drive performance and employee efficiency. You will be responsible for leading a team of regional professionals with many different skills to provide our employees and site locations with innovative technical support. The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate an execution approach to facilitate the effective translation of strategic plans to incremental delivery of impact to the business. Structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication abilities will be crucial for success as you build strong teams that partner with engineering and operations teams across Fisker.

What you'll be doing:

  • Engages with all levels of management and key customers to develop, implement, and manage support and operational objectives.

  • Identify and incorporate future service management needs into a well- considered multi-year roadmap across all sites/departments.

  • Identifies, constructs, and implements plans to remove friction in the day-to-day operation.

  • Drive Operation Reviews of IT services covering Customer Satisfaction, SLA performance, and Operational metrics for all IT.

  • Define the service delivery expectations from professional services vendors & lead the governance around it

  • Producing regular and accurate service management reports and dashboards for the IT Delivery leadership team.

  • Thinks creatively and practically to develop, execute and implement new plans or programs. Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

  • Supports achievement of performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.

  • What we need to see:

  • 5+ years of experience as a team leader in similar on-site and hybrid working environment.

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of different IT applications and infrastructure.

  • Strong experience in Data Insights and IT Metrics driving outcome.

  • Experience using AIOps and MLOps capabilities to drive efficiency.

  • Proven track record leading a successful data analysis team, with outcome.

  • Collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills to work with leaders across organizational and technical domains.

  • Demonstrates strong executive presence and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and leading in a managed service environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess Business needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action.

  • BS in Engineering, CS, or equivalent experience and 10+ years of overall experience

  • Having excellent interpersonal and leadership skills will be critical for success: success depends on building rapport and credibility with multiple customers across the organization.

  • Track record with delivering high availability in complex, global environments.

  • Have a wide degree of creativity and latitude to adjust to rapidly changing plans and circumstances.

  • Experience working in a hybrid on-prem and public cloud environment.

  • Expected Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00

    Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
