What to Expect
A key technical member of a cross functional team that focuses on evaluating,
defining & executing battery storage opportunities with cutting edge
technologies. You will be responsible for the execution of projects from the
design phase through to commissioning, while managing all engineering
activities to ensure successful projects.
The Tesla Energy team is committed, and fast moving. We are a group of
applications engineers, power systems engineers, and project engineers that
sit at the center of business development, Tesla technology, and the
deployment of stationary storage projects on the grid. As a member of our
team, you will help to shape the success of our projects in various
applications worldwide. You must have a genuine passion for engineering
products that will fundamentally change the world's energy infrastructure and
must want to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do
Application of Electrical/Power Systems knowledge to identify & drive
solutions for large scale utility projects. MV Transformers, Switchgear
and protection solutions are required.
Review single line drawings, communication wiring diagrams, and BESS
system layouts.
Identify gaps in scope and responsibility to ensure project success. This
