Your Role:
As the Sr. Sales Specialist for FF's Sales group, you will be the human
connection for our brand, managing both new and existing customers. To
accomplish this – you will develop and optimize best practices for the highest
level of customer service to all future owners. You will be responsible for
promoting a smooth and premium customer experience throughout the purchasing
process of FF vehicles. You will ensure successful program design and
execution for a premium experience for all FF Users, to achieve and maintain
first in class service excellence and reputation.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in luxury vehicle sales, high-end hospitality,
or luxury retail
Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful
and loyal client relationships
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal departments
Proven ability to build and maintain client base through consistent
follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments,
and inviting customers to FF Experience Center events
Valid US Driver's License and/or State ID and ability to obtain DMV
Salesperson's License
Ability to travel 30%-40%
Ability to work weekends on a regular schedule as needed
Contributes towards the store reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly and
annual objectives and goals; also responsible for reaching and exceeding
personal sales goals, Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent
listening skills, and strong writing skills.
Experience with productivity tools (email, MS Office, CRM applications)
Ability to partner with store management to form a cohesive team focused
on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable shopping
environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid DMV salesperson's license
Experience in Electric Vehicle sales providing premium customer
experience, consistent with brand image
A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor
Fluency in Chinese
Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for customer service,
automotive, technology, and sales
Annual Salary Range:
$77,000 - $92,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
