Role Overview
As an experienced SAP P2P consultant, you will bring your expertise for identifying an organization's needs, break them down into functional requirements and architect scalable and extensible solutions, integrations, and systems.
You will work with the team to craft solutions that support business requirements, drive key business decisions, and solve business problems.
You will be part of a team implementing and supporting SAP P2P S/4HANA hosted in cloud.
Responsibilities
Advise Business Partners on leading practices and technology/industry trends, application/integration architecture, solution design, and implementation leading practices.
Guide IT and business teams in using SAP enterprise architecture frameworks, supporting and implementing business processes leveraging industry and SAP best practices.
Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation.
Provide strategic solutions involving configuration, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality.
Build lasting relationships through day-to-day interactions with key Business Partners and team.
Participates in requirements gathering, design workshops to understand applications' functionality and support requirements.
Works with business and technology leaders to further define the support and project functions needed within the organization.
Evaluate new releases of SAP S/4HANA to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
Gather, refine, and document user stories and acceptance criteria.
Create/update data dictionary, data modeling and flow diagrams as needed. Document business process/data flows.
Participate in solution design and testing activities as needed.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP as a functional consultant implementing SAP MM
SAP MM processes and organization structure design
Direct and indirect PTP process expertise.
Intercompany stock transfer process.
Subcontracting order management process.
Flexible workflow, Fiori my inbox app., delegation, and escalation processes
Inventory management and physical inventory.
Invoice verification and ERS process.
MM integration knowledge with FI, SD, PP and WM module
Worked on at least 2 end to end SAP implementations.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders and end users.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
Be able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements.
Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.
Strong understanding of SAP best practices and functionality.
Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion.
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
Preferred Attributes / Competencies
Automotive experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP Ariba - Buying and Invoicing and Supply chain collaboration module.
SAP certification(s) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Deep knowledge in supply chain management processes
Expected Salary $83,160.00 to $180,660
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
