Your Role:
Potential candidate will be a technical liaison between Purchasing,
Engineering, Manufacturing and Suppliers to monitor Advanced Quality Planning,
resolve quality issues, implement engineering changes at suppliers and provide
technical support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an
absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within
Faraday Future and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Perform Supplier Initial Assessments and Process Audits
Perform APQP/PPAP activities with Suppliers
Perform SCAR activities with Suppliers (8D's, JIRA)
Support Engineering Design reviews with good understanding of GD&T and Key
Characteristics (Safety / Critical Characteristics)
Perform ECO (Engineering Change Planning) with Suppliers
(Timing/PTR/PPAP)
Travel to Suppliers for onsite Run@Rates/Capacity Analysis/Tooling &
Quality Audits
Improve quality performance of suppliers by conducting workshops at
supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing a quality
system or other technical support
Communicate urgent issues to Supplier Quality Leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical,
Electrical, Quality, Manufacturing etc.)
2+ years experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer
5+ years working directly with Automotive Exterior/Closure components
(i.e., Glass, Badging, Rockers, Fascia, Spoilers, NVH, Wheel Liners,
brackets, seals, Mirrors)
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes,
procedures, facilities and equipment
Proven experience working with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, GD&T, FMEA, 8D's
Solid understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and other US and Global
Automotive Standards with extensive knowledge of quality manufacturing
best practices
Strong analytic problem-solving skills
Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for Start-up EV OEM's
Strong analytic problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt
2+ years experience as an Automotive Supplier Quality Engineer
5+ years of experience in medium to high volume production manufacturing
of automobiles.

Annual Salary Range:
($130,000 - $169,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
