Role Overview

At the Fisker Experience at The Grove, Los Angeles, we're in search of a professional and customer-centric Store Manager. In this role, you'll be the leader responsible for daily operations and managing a team of Owner Advisors. Your responsibilities will range from recruiting and training to supervising the team and ensuring operational excellence at the location. This position also entails guiding the customer journey from lead generation to reservation. Our ideal candidate can achieve high customer satisfaction and staff performance by fostering a positive work environment. Alongside excellent communication skills, this role demands exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.


  • Lead, guide, and coach all team members at the experience center to ensure customers have an exceptional and seamless experience.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of Sales Advisors.

  • Plan and coordinate shift schedules for Sales Advisors.

  • Serve as a brand advocate, providing prospective customers with information about the Fisker brand, products, services, charging, and other aspects of Fisker ownership.

  • Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures.

  • Address customer inquiries promptly.

  • Support vehicle test-drives and ensure vehicles are properly prepared for these purposes.

  • Proactively identify technical, operational, and organizational issues, seeking prompt partnerships for resolution.

  • Drive business growth through customer engagement, brand education, and lead generation.

  • Establish criteria and evaluate staff performance using performance-based metrics.

  • Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and/or a combination of relevant experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail environment.

  • Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, retaining, and shift planning for a team.

  • Strong leadership and customer management skills.

  • Customer service-oriented, with a deep understanding of basic business management processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Expected Salary Range: $50,960.00 to $141,960.00 a year.

    Additional Compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation, which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker's equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

    Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

    The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity, as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
